I have the following images:
The first three have no page number...I should index primary name and page number 1 on ALL three?

The third image also shows an age, he was a native of Richmond, and a death date/place of "...the evening of the 22nd instant, at the residence of his son in this place..." I would index age:76, birth place: Richmond, death month: blank, death date:22, and death year:blank, and death residence: blank? Or does the term instant refer to the current month so I would index that as Oct(because that is when the article came out?)

Images 4 and 5 only have a page number and primary name that correspond to indexing fields in this project. The instructions are NOT to index primary names except on page 1, so would the only thing that I index be the page numbers (there is no other information to be indexed from these two images)?
