While reviewing this project the most numerous mistakes involve keying dates.

1. All months should be keyed as a three-letter abbreviation. eg. February or month 2 should be keyed Feb.

2. The year should be keyed as seen. If the year is 4 characters, key 4 characters if it's 2 characters key 2 characters.
