I'm sure this is somewhere just not sure where to find it....I am indexing Victoria, Australia, Police Gazettes and noticing some Chinese names. I know some cultures arrange their names differently than we do here (first, middle, last). How would I index Fang Took for example? All the other names are in the format (Guthrie, Daniel) but there is no comma separating Fang Took so which is the given name and which is the surname? Also is there somewhere that I can make a printout of typical ways in which varying countries list their names?
