Definitely thinks this needs better clarification as I've been following the project guidelines and keying where it says to key the hire date as only one example has shown to use the continuous service date and most times, it's just the 2 digit year shown. I have a feeling I am getting dinged for not putting the 4 digit year as the Reviewer is using the Continuous Date and not the Hire Date area per the instructions even though I am following the instructions My rating just went from Exceptional to Excellent.
