Yes Mandy, I agree with you that this needs better clarification. One of my reasons for posting the query was that the same thing has happened to my rating as well, gone from Exceptional to Excellent once I started to key this project. Thought I was keying the year digits wrong, so I have started to key them as seen, but still my rating remains the same. It's quite frustrating at this stage.
