Anyone having problems submitting sets with the tool not responding & giving error messages, also not detecting the internet connection?
Tried to submit a set, got the following message " The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."
Hit OK, then tried again resulting in error message then my list of sets disappeared.
Tried to log out of the tool & got error (attachment 1)
Somehow my list of sets reappeared so tried again to submit only to get error (attachment 2)
My internet is fine & working.
