I'd be grateful if someone can help with a dilemma regarding printing sources within people reports.

When creating an Individual Detail report, I would like to be able to add (embed) the actual source reference number at the end of each TAG, rather than the full source description, which I think can look overly cluttered. Is this possible at all?

I realise I can achieve something similar by using endnotes, which adds the endnote reference to each TAG (and looks very tidy!), but this means I have to print a separate endnote report for each individual, which is a waste of paper.

Alternatively, is it possible to somehow have the endnotes print at the bottom of the individual detail report, rather than on a separate piece of paper? This may be possible by using footnotes (?) but I can't test this, because v7 doesn't save the report as a word processor file on my Win7 machine.

As and when WG resolve the problem with Win7 compatibility, maybe this will provide a work around, but who knows how long that will be!?
