From the company Facebook page: A huge update for MobileFamilyTree - Version 7.1 - is coming along very nicely. It will feature a complete new, iOS 7 inspired design, a new Interactive Tree, AirPlay support, better editing tools and the Statistic Maps from MacFamilyTree 7.1.

Looking forward to this release. Some of the reports where tree charts is in simply don't show up correct, but on the iOS 7.1 release they do. Also Exporting them to PDF it simply skip them.
Would hope they will make the lookup from already used locations would pickup, for example the City if that's already typed in, instead of the current situation... One have to type in the search string again in the popup window... Would be a neat fix...

Don't seem to be the major update... but for sure the reports have been fixed nicely!!
Would have been great if one could control the PDF output in sence of Portrait / Landscape... or I haven't found this setting yet....

When I opened a saved pdf report in preview I could control orientation and got a nice landscape print for at least the descendant chart. Not sure this is what you are looking for.

I was more looking for generating the report in Portrait. Seems like all reports are in Landscape mode. For example the Person Report.
Not a big issue, one can save it as HTML and from that one can manipulate it. Some info simply works better in Landscape and others parts would be nice in Portrait mode.

Anyway... looking forward to the "Real" new release.

Looks like I was confused - Received the following Facebook comment:
MacFamilyTree mentioned you in a comment.
MacFamilyTree wrote: " there seems to be some confusion in this forum thread. MobileFamilyTree 7.1 will be out in about 4-6 weeks for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch featuring a complete new user interface among many other features and improvements. This will also be a free update for all cstuomers who bought MobileFamilyTree 7."

Another update is forthcoming for the Mac version which will be 7.2: Many more updates are coming. Currently, we're developing MacFamilyTree 7.2 scheduled for late spring/early summer featuring all-new reports. Will be free update for all customers who bought MacFamilyTree 7.

Just a note, In 7.1.3: Save report as HTML, the charts are still not generated in the report... just a missing image so one have to save the chart separately and edit the HTML file...
