I bought FTM-Mac 2 on November 9. I've tried many times to load the software, download family trees from A.com, and sync the two. So far, my FTM-M2 shows no family trees on my hard drive, consequently, no syncing either.
I've called A.com tech support twice. On each call, the tech support person simply advised me to load the FTM-M2 software with my Mac Book Pro in safe mode. On neither occasion did this strategy resolve the FTM-M2 failures to work.
I asked a friend who trains young people and teachers in the use of computers, Macs in particular, to help. We tried loading the FTM-M2 software twice, neither downloaded my trees from A.com to a FTM site on my hard drive.
Has anyone resolved such difficulties when encountered? If so, how?
