I also have a Mac but am currently using FTM partitioned via VMWare and Crossover on a windows side (I have some other programs I must use for work that are only in windows so this was a solution). The file is saved on a "shared" drive so when I access ancestry via the mac side I am able to upload the FTM tree file.
