I've got FTM2 and it was working great for the first two days, but now every time I try and synch I get the following error:
The last sync failed. An error occurred while "Uploading changes from Family Tree Maker to Ancestry…". Try again later. If this error recurs, please contact customer support.
Yesterday I read through loads of support threads and ended up deleting the files from FTM2 and "creating new" by exporting from Ancestry to keep the FTM2 up-to-date. But now today I've ended up with the same problem.
Obviously I don't want to keep having to delete and re-creating trees in FTM2 every time this occurs. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
(I did just call Ancestry support, but line 2 technical support don't start working until 3pm - it's 9.45 am at the moment!!!)
