Yes, I was pushing my luck! I get the dreaded sync error message again telling to try again later or contact support. I rang a lady in South Carolina and we went through the set procedure for creating a new FTM file from the online tree. This worked and when I tried a quick edit in FTM it failed to sync again. The lady didn't offer any further help and told me to submit an error report. It's so frustrating and feel I have been ripped off as the sync feature was the main reason for the purchase. Does anybody else get these issues? Is there a patch for this? My current version is 2.21.2.2
