I haven't reported this problem yet. I'm currently having email dialog with customer service about "Hints" issue. This is the current customer service reply to Hints error: "It is possible that the issue you are seeing is directly connected to the fact that there hasn't been a tree index on Ancestry.com for over a month. The tree index will update the searches on Ancestry.com to include all of the changes made. We should be seeing an updated tree index very soon, we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime."
I will report the Media Count issue tomorrow and report back.
