I work with FTM for MAC and just received the FTM Mac Version 2 upgrade disk. I am hoping someone can answer two questions for me before I install it.

First, will Version 2 overlay version 1 or will I have two distinct programs on my MAC ? And second, will the File Migration Utility included with version 1 convert Version 2 files to Windows. I have family members who use the Windows version and I send them updated files from my MAC periodically. If the File Migration Utility will no longer work I am thinking I should not install Version 2.
