Sounds like your FTMaker software has been corrupted. When that happens with us, we use Revo Uninstaller Pro (
http://www.revouninstaller.com) to uninstall all of the FTMaker files and then reinstall FTMaker. We've found that Revo Uninstaller gets rid of ALL the FTMaker files (.dll, etc.) and that allows a clean install. Revo has a free 30 day trial which is a full working version. After you run the regular uninstall click on "Scan" and then check mark all the remaining "Stray" files and click "Delete." Hope that helps.
