I synced my FTM as I usually do. Everything appeared to be as normal. Although it did seem to take a bit longer to accomplish the task. Then when I went to Ancestry I had 2 trees.

I have no ideal how or why it duplicated the tree. After looking at them I found that they were identical. So, I deleted one of the trees from ancestry.

Now the tree that is left is not showing my media files. All I see is a place where they should be, but with a generic picture there.

Should I try to re sync from FTM and will that put the files back?

Should I delete the remaining tree from Ancestry and re upload my FTM Tree?

I have done all the usual things like clearing the cache, restarting the computer etc.

I just don't want to make the situation worse by doing the wrong thing.
