I guess the biggest thing that really upsets me is that it has been 7 months now since I purchased the Mac 2 version of the software and there has been constant issues with the syncing and the server being down, along with my tree un-syncing itself from ancestry - and the software tech's were no help in resolving the problems.
You would think that in this amount of time that they would have fixed the issues, but instead they continue to sell this inferior software that does not work as advertised. I have been using FTM since it first came out on PC and then when it became available for Mac I changed over. I wish I never would have purchased the Mac Version to start with. It has not lived up to all the hype they advertise that it can do as it just plainly does not work all the time.
Yesterday I spoke with customer service rep and they told me they were working on the server issues and that it would be fixed by their lunch time....well it's already the next day and it still does not work. They told me I could go online and use the ancestry link......but what does that solve when you can't link back to your FTM Mac 2 version software.......
Apparently they just don't understand why everyone thinks it's an issue, as when I asked how I would link it back to my program on my own computer any changes that I made online they had no answers.
