I am running Win7 x64 and FTM 2012. I am up to date on all Windows updates and never had any problems with FTM. I have today (after the latest Windows patches) updated to 21.0.0.580 without issue and FTM opens fine. i have not tried to actually do anything but I don't anticipate a problem.
