Thanks for the tip... unfortunately, it didn't work. 'Download' wasn't even offered on the list.

I tried opening another link and it did the same thing... must be my settings. I disabled Norton/Constant Guard and still had no luck.

Bummer... I really need to print my tree at home and pdf to a 3rd party. Oh well, I'll figure it out somehow.
