I'm running Windows Vista (and it's all up to date) and after the last FTM update (it was compulsory - I had no option not to take it) FTM won't start. I just get a Windows error saying that "Family Tree Maker 2012 has stopped working".

I've had a google and although people seem to get this error in most cases it appears to be after FTM has actually started. In my case, I'm not even getting that far ...

Any hints or tips on what to do next?
