I fully agree this apparently is a not a solid version and should have never been released for sale! They should give us all refunds. I was under the impression that a fix was coming on the syncing issue. Apparently that has been put on the back burner because I have been having this issue for over a month and it is still not fixed.
I have contacted support numerous times with no resolution to the problem! I'm tired of wasting my time sitting on the phone for their staff who have no answers to the problems. They should have never released this software if they knew it had so many problems. One of the main reasons I upgraded was for the sync capabilities and that just doesn't work! I'm beginning to think I have wasted my money on this upgrade for Mac.
I don't believe that I will be renewing my ancestry.com subscription when it comes due this year!
