I am having issues with the Mac 2 version of FTM and Ancestry.com. My tree will sink and then my tree will un-sync with FTM telling me that I need to sync my tree. This seems to happen almost daily. I can go out to ancestry.com and see that my tree is still out there, but FTM says it is not. This is getting very annoying as it takes over an hour to re-sync my data and delete the other tree from ancestry. I was on the phone for over an hour with tech support and all they would say was delete the other tree. This is not acceptable!
I also am not able to sort the children by date of birth as in the past......what's the deal with that.
