I have been having lots of issues with the syncing and people being duplicated on my tree. During this last week I was not able to sync my tree with ancestry for 3 days. Go out to the ancestry site and check to see if your tree is there. If you find it unlink it from FTM . Then try to do a manual upload to ancestry from within FTM Mac2 version. That is how I got my tree to sync with ancestry again. I have had this program for over 2 months, and the issues just don't seem to be getting the fixes they need. I have spent hours on the telephone with support, sent emails to them .....they have had me send them a copy of my database as well as others I'm sure, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I too am tired of all the hassle and I even asked them for a refund on the software since it was not doing what it is supposed to do. I also asked for refund of my subscription that has been paid up front to ancestry since I didn't seem to be able to use that either since the program was not working correctly. So far they have only addressed the returning of the software and nothing else.
You would think that in over 2 months they could have come up with the fix for these issues.
