Here we go folks, this is what happened........I got an email from Customer support with instructions on how to send them a sync error report ....unfortunately they sent me instructions for a PC and not my MAC.....so I sent an email back requesting the MAC instructions for obtain a sync error report. This morning I get an email back stating that there is no such report built into the MAC program..........so why would they send me that?
Strange I must say........anyway I opened up my program this morning, and again it was not sync'd with ancestry. So I am in the process of trying to upload my database again. This took me 3 days the last time before it would connect! Any suggestions?
