Thanks for your update........Funny thing is.......I just got an email a few minutes ago stating that the issues are due to increase in customers! Can you believe that? They aren't even admitting that they have a program problem or a band width problem.
I've spent several hours on the phone with their staff, I've emailed them, I've sent them a copy of my database, I've given them all the information about my Mac System, etc. and now they ask again for all the same things.
It's been 2 months and I'm not happy about the issues with this program.
I've decided that after paying ancestry for access to their data for many years that I will not be renewing it when it expires. I am tired of paying for services/access to this when it does not work. Same goes for upgrading the software....I will no longer be upgrading....as I have in past years.
