I had that situation 1 time before the patch and none after. It seemed to me when it happened that my computer was not connecting to the Ancestry server. It was either a server problem on their end or my internet connection had slowed and timed out. I was going to report it the next morning but it connected just fine then. I heard later that they were having server issues that evening.
