Apparently the difference with the display of the "More Info" is something that you are unfamiliar with or you would understand. A lot of folks do not realize the differences.

The problem may have originated with Merger of Individuals.

Sorry you do not understand.

FTM may make a determination in addition to info mentioned earlier, may look at something else that caused the problem.

I do not think there is much I can do to fix it - so have to live with it.

I had a rule - to never merge Individules except one on one.

I quess something went wrong.
