An update:
The complete file (for all Persons) is now showing the More Info box as having additional information rather than empty when no more than Name, DOB, DOD, Burial and no notes.

If the only solution is to go to a backup - Not a good solution as backup is from 6 months ago.

Hope there is a solution.
