You, sir, are a genius. I had already selected "run as administrator" but running in compatability mode seems to have mostly cured the problems. It still stops running after I have been using it for an extended period, but at least it is now useable. I have been very unhappy with this software and was ready to abandon it until you provided some guidance that the FTM IT people could not.
