FTM 2014 - not accessing Ancestry

Although I can access Ancestry - suddenly I find that I cannot access it through FTM 2014 - It has been working well until yesterday when I noticed that the leaves had disappeared and when trying to Log in from the "Plan Page" I received the message "Log In Failed, Please Try again"

I have looked up the various FAQ but can find no solution for this. Can you help?

The best place to answer your question and get connected again is to call ancestry support. They can get you re-logged in, whatever the problem is. Click on Help in the above menu bar and find their contact number.

I have now discovered - by trial and error - that the fault was caused by an ailing CMOS Battery not showing the correct time - once I corrected the time I was able to access Ancestry through FTM. I'm now getting a new battery!!
