I have two trees. Before the actual import process was started I had a pop-up menu asking several questions regarding the imports. The question I'm focusing on is the one where it asks if I want to create a link to the photo on the HD or do I want to make a folder within FTM and copy the photo to that folder and link it from there. I chose to create a new folder. I proceeded to import maybe 6 photos without any trouble. I then moved to my other tree and began the process with that tree. I now question whether I would need to make a selection as to where I want the images with each separate tree? or does my initial selection act globally meaning that all photos or documents will be copied and linked from a folder within FTM. I have tried to find that menu again but can't seem to locate it. I need help in accessing the menu or if the initial choice I made works for "all" imported data.
