I have a new HP x360 pavilion computer and purchased FTM 2014 a couple of weeks ago. The first time I installed last week it worked fine. Due to a virus, I had to go back to factory settings and put all my software back on. Now the FTM2014 won't install. It will download but during the install process the attached error message appears. If you choose ignore, other system messages appear. I checked and the system files are valid and all the files are available. Help


Also, I have an ancestry tree and had FTM2014 on my old computer. Since my FTM2014 is not working, when I go to ancestry my tree has grey shaded images where pictures were. Does this mean that the pictures were synced to FTM and no longer available if FTM is not working?
