FTM was syncing perfectly with my Ancestry.com account (which I pay $$$ for), up until today. I got a new laptop, and installed my copy of FTM 2012 on it. (The old machine was wiped.) Now, when I try to get FTM to login and sync with my file, it says "Login failed. Please try again." I have tried repeatedly, but it just cycles back to the same message. I know for a fact that my login information (username and password) are correct, because I can go into my browser and login to Ancestry.com with no problem.
