There are a number of ways of doing this.

Firstly, you could create your own website for free using Google Sites. I am not sure how this would fare in Google search results but it may work. I'd research it first. Alternatively, create a proper website or get somebody else to make one for you.

The other option is Rootsweb. Just submit your GECOM file to them and it will be made publicly available.
