Need help, I am not computer literate! I have saved onto an external Drive the above family tree as well as onto a disc from my desk top.

I attached my external drive to my new laptop and attempted to download the saved Ancestry Family Tree onto my desktop, it worked no problem, however when i double clicked the icon it bought up other files that are associated with the family tree.

I tried the disc and exactly the same thing happens, grateful for an idiots guide on this.
