yep! I'm having issues also with my ipad and trying to open up my DNA Matches! It just started this last week and right now I cannot open up my DNA even if I'm in Ancestry the page just will not open up. It really irritates me that I have a very expensive Ipad and I cannot open up my DNA matches that I paid a lot of money to get and nothing will open up! I don't feel that I should have to use 2 different computers to do this!! Ancestry needs to fix all these issues and work with Apple to get them fixed! I also was having the same issue's that you are having with getting logged out all the time, so far that issue has been fixed.

I just tried mine and opening up my DNA matches works just fine. What browser are you using? I used to have major problems with Safari and switched to Crome but since they fixed things I wet beck to Safari with no problems. I'm not an expert but have you tried to go and delete all your cookies, history etc? I have no idea if that would help but its worth a try.

How can you get it to go to chrome. It automatically takes me to safari when I click on gallery hints. I've couldn't find a way to make it go to chrome.
