I am just off phone to Ancestry Support. They have informed me that there is a problem with iphone 5.0 and Ancestry and they suggested waiting for a new Ancestry App that will be appearing at some point in the future. This suggested to me that they will not be fixing the existing Ancestry App so we will all have to be patient. I am sorry about that because I thought that it was a great piece of software. Never mind, what do they say, 'patience is a virtue' or something like that!.
