Hi, I am having the same problem with my ipad and Ancestry App. Just since last night, everything disappeared before my eyes! When I went online via my pc, Ancestry appeared to have crashed and I could not access it until this morning. Now I have nothing on my App tree and reinstalling etc etc does no good except like above..I get only bits of ??? someone elses shared tree, even though it said it was downloading my correct number of people. My tree is not big..less than 1000...so I don't believe that is the issue, I think something to do with the crash last night. Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Ps, mine is the first ipad and never had problems with that App before now.
