Just out of curiosity I went to the home page here on Ancestry.com and at the bottom of the page where one looks for people - I plugged in the name John Beara - there are scads of them listed - even without my adding any other info but the name. One of the John Bearas was born 1929 in Appledore, Devon, England. You might want to check this out if you haven't already.
