Shipwreck Gaspe Coast

Hello,

I'm looking for information regarding a possible shipwreck off of Cap-des-Rosiers in Gaspe. Local story is that the Buckhaven sunk in 1831 and surviving families McDonald, Holland and Hipson settled in Douglastown Gaspe.

I am looking for information regarding the possibility that George MCDONALD and Aurthur HOLLAND were on this ship. Any information would be appreciated.

Cheers

For American ships/ports, do a Google search for a site called Mystic Seaport (Conn.) if this doesn't work:
