My credit card number, which I have yet been able to remove from my acct info, had BEST NOT be charged without my express consent, and your sales team had BEST not call my home soliciting your wares. I EXPECT only to be a renewing member of Ancestry, if I INITIATE contact with your sales department. If your POLICY is otherwise, I would appreciate notice in advance so I may do whatever it takes to NOT BE RENEWED, NOT CHARGED and NOT CONTACTED BY PHONE OR EMAIL.
In addition, I am the Admin of 14 surname boards. In the event that I continue to have this dissatisfaction with the change in Policies at Rootsweb/World Connect/Ancestry, prepare to receive my resignation from administering these boards. (If you so choose to remove my Admin capacity at THIS time, so be it.)
Since is it my sole and exclusive remedy to discontinue use, I am FORCED to seriously consider same. FORCED, as in FORCED living policy. It would appear that a majority of Users are seriously unhappy. A Customer Service Oriented company, with the SATISFACTION of their customers at heart, might be CONSIDERATE and SENSITIVE enough to consider a COMPROMISE. I highly suggest it. My fellow, dedicated users will only continue to reiterate their position for a limited period of time.
Thereafter, I expect that they, TOO, will be FORCED to take action...
