Everytime I try to access the message board that did exist, I get an error. Not sure where to post at, but here's a suggestion......

When a message is posted to a surname board and the message is forwarded to the mail list for that surname, it needs to have be preceded by a BIG note that says something like...."The message below appears on the __surname__ message board located at ___URL____ and is only forwarded to this list. Replies made to this message via the list will NOT get to the person who left the message. Please visit the URL listed above and reply to the message there."

My list got an email and it took me two days to figure out where it came from. People never understood before that the message didn't come from a subscriber of the list and always replied to the list, now it is even worse with absolutely no explanation of the message.

Just a thought..... (not like you have nothing better to do, or bigger problems to fix! :o)
