I uploaded an updated tree yesterday on 11/18/2013.

The displayed tree is still the tree I uploaded 11/09/2013.

It's always updated within minutes until now.

The day following the above post: I generated a new gedcom 5.5 from FTM, options Destination: Other, Character set: UTF (which I have used dozens of times before)

Uploaded 11/19/2013 at about 8:45. It is now 45 minutes later and still no new tree.
