You can't display full data regarding living people. The only way to allow others to obtain the entire GEDCOM including the living would be to share your password and username with them and allow them to retrieve the GEDCOM in the same manner you can do it...which I do NOT recommend you do. Plus they would need a genealogy program on their computer in order to open the GEDCOM file into an actual genealogy database.
