Since I am not a member of the RootsWeb Help mailing list, I am putting this message on the board. Two things, I want to thank Pat Asher for the answer and let others know the problem and what solved it.

I have a web site on homepages.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ and the other day was the first time I had tried to upload anything since the URL changed to include Ancestry. I use WS_FTP95 LE for uploading.

It has always worked just fine before, but this time it didn't.

At first there was a message:
"150 Here comes the directory"

After a while the message changed to:
"accept: Blocking call cancelled.
DoDirList: returned 0"

The frame that should have included the "Public HTML" folder was blank.

The solution that Pat Asher gave was:
On the first screen when I opened WS_FTP95 LE, I clicked on the "advanced" button, which opened "Advanced Profile Parameters". I checked the box next to "Passive Transfers", clicked OK to go back to the previous screen and clicked "Save".

Now everything is working just find.
