I've posted this before - to no avail - and it is time to do it again. You have a very helpful volunteer who should be on your list.

I do think it is high time that the tireless work Joan Young puts in to help others make good use of the resources at RootsWeb should be recognized. Her wealth of knowledge is being passed along to others every day. Why not acknowledge that? I'm sure you will get a lot of kudos from those she has helped.
