I monitor the surname board for Roenfanz (as I am a roenfanz). Last night my sister posted a message about the DNA Project that she recently purchased.

I suggested it to her through facebook the other night, but after reading the guidelines, Im not sure if I was in the wrong. I read the message over, and it does not advertise for the DNA, but it does invite those with our last name to participate. The post as it looks:

My brother and I have recently taken the Ancestry DNA Lineage tests. While it was just recent and the results won't be available for about a month, we would like to invite anyone with the last name of Roenfanz or Roenfranz to take the tests to see just how closely we're related. I've also created a Surname DNA group.

Should I remove the post? Or can I leave it? I'm not sure if it borderlines on a rules violation or not. She is not asking anyone to do it.. only inviting them to do so.. and make their own decisions.

Please advise, and let me know.. so that I know if it is allowed or not and can explain to my sister why I have to delete her thread if i have too.
