If the lookup request doesn't pertain to your county and doesn't give sufficient information for someone to do a lookup, you are within your rights to remove the request.

Be sure you have explained that the volunteers ARE *volunteers* and that it is up to the person making the request to give sufficient information so that the request can be fulfilled, and to make things as easy for the volunteers as possible.
