Ancestry.com recently forced a change in my user ID. It went from DianaGaleM to Diana_Gale_Matthiesen. I find that some of my messages survived the transition, but some did not. The ones that did not now have DianaGaleM as the "Author," but when you click on the name, nothing's there. No email address and no message history.

How can I get these "DianaGaleM" messages attached to my new user ID and email address?

This is not a trivial matter. I have been a heavy messager since the days of the GenConnect boards. This has effectively cut me off from ever receiving any replies to hundreds of posts.
