Dear SDJohnson62,
The website
www.preussen.de, serves as official site of the House of Hohenzollern. There are extensive genealogical tables of the Hohenzollerns --- at least of the branch ruling in Brandenburg-Prussia, and, subsequently, the second German Empire. This site can be viewed in English.
Indeed, Wilhelm II had a withered hand; and, for this, he blamed his English mother, Victoria, the Princess Royal of Great Britain. So, if your grt-grdmthr were a 1st cousin on Wilhelm's maternal side, she would have been a granddaughter of Queen Victoria.
You will have a better chance of obtaining assistance if you could give the forum names/dates/places. For instance: if "Weedle" is your grt-grdmthr's married name, it would help greatly to know her maiden name. Same with the judge --- I'm afraid there is too little to go on. Just in case: I trust you are not counting one of your grt-grdmthr's given names "Wilhelmine" as an indication of possible connection to Wilhelm. There was a similar case on this, or another forum, a few years back.
Best wishes,
Jon v. Briesen
